I’ve had IBS for as long as I can remember and then in my mid forties I started to see changes to my labs that were concerning. There is so much information in here that I just had no idea about. It’s wild that we aren’t taught this stuff about our own bodies. The program helped me make sure I was eating enough of the right things to fuel my body and ways I could get better quality sleep when I was able to. I have better energy now and my skin is clear again. I just noticed last week that my hair is already starting to grow thicker around my hairline.
